The majority of this route is flat, very mellow gravel or pavement. The farthest end of the dirt as mapped does turn to singletrack with a short but steep hike-a-bike followed by a short but very steep, loose descent.
There are multiple bail out options on this route including several gravel bike friendly singletrack descents to the Tom Cooke Trail before you hit this final section.
Likely not needed given proximity to town. Does cross Truckee River and Hunter Creek.
30c+ for most of the loop
The final dirt downhill on the full loop is steep and loose, and wider likely best if you choose to do the whole loop.
This is a high use trail in town and while wide winds through multiple neighborhoods and is heavily trafficked. Stay alert, be courteous to other trail users and yield if necessary!!!
